The giveaway is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over (The Works Ltd reserves the right to request proof of age if required) except:

Employees of the Promoter, or its holding, affiliate, or subsidiary companies.

Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding, affiliate, or subsidiary companies who are professionally connected with the giveaway or its administration; or

Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

In entering this giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the giveaway.
How to Enter

The giveaway is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

All participants must engage with each day’s post in accordance with the details in condition 2 and only one entry per person is permitted. All entries must be completed in full in order to be valid, which requires the completion of all steps detailed in the post, as requested. Any incomplete entries will not be considered invalid for entry into the giveaway.

Day 4 opens on 4^th December at 9 am GMT and closes on Monday 5^th December 2022 at 9 am GMT.

Day 5 opens on 5^th December at 9 am GMT and closes on Tuesday 6^th December 2022 at 9 am GMT.

Entries received after this time will not be accepted. All times referred are to UK time (GMT).

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind nor will the promoter be responsible for any damage to an entrant’s computer or electronic equipment occasioned by participation in a giveaway or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the giveaway.

Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and the promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of the message due to network failure. No applications from third parties, organised groups, or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted.

One winner is chosen for each of the 12 days by a random draw performed by a computer process on the following dates:

Day 6 on Wednesday 7^th December 2022 at 9 am GMT.

Day 7 on Thursday 8^th December 2022 at 9 am GMT.
Day 8 on Friday 9th December 2022 at 9 am GMT.

Day 9 on Saturday 10^th December 2022 at 9 am GMT.
Day 10 on Sunday 11th December 2022 at 9 am GMT.
Day 11 on Monday 12th December 2022 at 9 am GMT.
Day 12 on Tuesday 13^th December 2022 at 9 am GMT.

They must follow ALL steps (like, follow, and tag two friends in the comments) which will be checked. The system used will be ‘Export Comments’ where answers will be uploaded into the random answer checker and a winner announced. The exact number or closest number that generates the first will be the winner.

All data collected will be deleted after the competition has ended and no personal details will be stored on our systems. All GDPR compliances will be followed.

Any taxes, expenses or other costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the relevant winner except for payment of delivery which The Works Ltd will cover the cost.
The winners will be announced via The Works (@theworksstore) on the day the competition closes [Day 1 on 2^nd December 2022 at 12 pm GMT, Day 2 on 3^rd December at 12 pm GMT, Day 3 on 4^th December 2022 at 12 pm GMT, Day 4 on 5^th December at 12 pm GMT, Day 5 on 6^th December at 12 pm GMT, Day 6 on 7^th December at 12 pm GMT, Day 7 on 7^TH December at 12pm GMT, Day 8 on 9^th December at 12 pm GMT, Day 9 on 10^th December at 12 pm GMT, Day 10 on 11^th December at 12 pm GMT, Day 11 on 12^th December at 12 pm GMT, Day 12 on 13^th December at 12 pm GMT], and the such announcement will be deemed to be notification to the winner. The winner’s name will be mentioned in the comment with the instruction to direct message The Works via Instagram or Facebook to claim their prize and share their contact details. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter’s announcement within 48 hours of such notification, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select an alternative winner from all valid entries received in accordance with the process described above.
The prizes will be sent to the winners via local delivery within 30 days of the prize being claimed by the winners as set out in condition 5.3 above.
The prizes for the winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered. The prizes may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. The promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of the promoter regarding any aspect of this giveaway/ prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into about it.
The promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. B46 1AL (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one (1) month after the closing date stated in condition 4. 6.1 When contacting the winner of the giveaway the Promoter will ask for your full name and email address for the purpose of delivering the prize. The Promoter will not pass on your personal details to any other person or organisation, except when the giveaway is run in partnership with another company who will be sending out the prize (“Giveaway Supplier”) and is therefore necessary in order to deliver the prize in accordance with this giveaway and as set out above.

6.2 By entering the giveaway, and on acceptance of any prize, you consent to the promoter providing your details to the giveaway supplier required in order to supply any prize you win.
