The Works Press Show Competition

The Prize – Family ticket to The Works Christmas Press Show, plus return travel to London to attend the event, along with an overnight stay (up to a combined value of £750). We’ll also send you a bumper goody bag of products from the event, so you’ll be well set to kick-start your Christmas festivities!

Terms and Conditions

· This competition refers to a prize to win a family ticket to The Works Christmas Press Show (in London, UK) as well as expenses covered up to the value of £750 for use towards travel and accommodation; the winner will also receive a bumper goody bag of Christmas products from the event, sent to their home address.

· The family ticket allows entry of up to four persons to the event; the winner along with three guests.

· Entrants must click on the ‘Enter now’ button in the email to enter the prize draw. Entry to the prize draw will close at 23:59 hours on 20th October 2024. Entries after this date will not be included in the prize draw. Only one entry per person. Only customers already subscribed to receiving email marketing from The Works will receive an email giving them the opportunity to enter the prize draw. Entries will not be valid if the email is forwarded and someone who isn’t the original email recipient clicks on the ‘Enter now’ button.

· The winner will be selected at random from the combined entries. Randomizer tools will be used for this.

· The closing date is 23:59 on 20th October 2024.

· The winner will be announced and contacted a maximum of 3 working days after the competition closing date.

· The winner will be notified via email to organize fulfilment and delivery of their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner

· One entry per person

· Open to UK and Ireland residents only, aged 18 years or over.

· By accepting the prize, the winner and accompanying guests grants The Works consent to use any photography or video footage captured (that includes the winner and/or accompanying guests) at The Works Christmas press show event to be used royalty-free, and in perpetuity for marketing, advertising or promotional activities by The Works.

If you do not agree to this term, a member of The Works team must be notified immediately

· The promoter is: The Works Stores Ltd (company no.6557400) whose registered office is at The Works, Boldmere House, Faraday Avenue, Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill, Birmingham. B46 1AL.

· Employees of The Works Stores Ltd and their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

· There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

· No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

· The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows - i. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promote's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter ii. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. iii. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

· The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

· By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

· The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
